It is situated on one of the most desirable lakefront lots in the prestigious gated and walled community of Formosa Gardens Estates. The community is only 2 miles from Animal Kingdom™ with the remaining Disney™ parks being only a short distance further away and less than a mile to the nearest golf course. Shops, restaurants, banks, and mini golf are also all in close proximity. Star Lake Manor is ideally located to return 'home' for short breaks to recharge your batteries or get out of the harsh early afternoon sun, and return to all the theme park attractions later in the day. Travel time from our driveway to the parking lot at Animal Kingdom is really only 5-8 minutes.

The non smoking and pet free villa accommodates 16 guests plus 2 infants under 3 and has seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms, large family room, large screen theater / cinema, kitchen, two dining areas, purpose built game room / 2nd living. Star Lake Manor is one of the largest vacation homes in the Disney area, as well as having one of the largest decks. The deck has plenty of room for sun loungers and reclining chairs all around the enormous heated resort style pool. Pool and Spa heating is provided free of charge all year round.

Bedrooms: This magical Disney ™ vacation home comprises of a grand master suite, and three additional master bedrooms, all of which have a king bed, bathroom large screen wall mounted high definition LCD TV with HD cable and blu-ray player

Two further bedrooms are twin rooms of which one has its own bathroom and the last bedroom has 2 twin over full bunk beds, with the remaining twin room and the bunk bed room sharing a bathroom. Each of these bedrooms has a wall mounted TV with cable TV and Playstation 3.

Luxury Furnishings: Each master bedroom has a sumptuous king pillow top mattress, and luxurious 600 thread count 100% cotton sateen sheets. After a shower or bath imagine wrapping yourself in our super soft Aegean Turkish cotton bath sheets.

Entertainment facilities: With an amazing five 46"+ full high definition LCD televisions in addition to the theatre / cinema, Star Lake Manor has laid its claim to having the best entertainment facilities found in a vacation home. The living area boasts an enormous 65" LCD TV connected to HD Cable, blu-ray player and a high definition movie server. The games room has a 52" LCD TV as well as HD Cable and blu-ray player. The grand master suite also has a 52" LCD TV with the remaining master bedrooms having 46" LCD TV's. Each of the master bedrooms also has a blu-ray player and HD cable. Star Lake Manor also has a full audio system, whilst other homes may offer systems covering limited areas, our system covers every bedroom, every bathroom, living areas, kitchen, lanai & balcony, no fewer than 14 separate zones. Each area can be connected to one of six music sources, being 2 ipod docks, 2 FM/AM stations, and 2 XM satellite radio stations. Just bring your own ipod, and connect it to one of the docks to listen to your own genre of music throughout the house.

Theater / Cinema: In many aspects our home theater surpasses the experience found in your local theater / cinema. Sit back and relax in our electrically reclining luxurious leather seats with foot rest and cup holder and watch a movie from our collection. No need to search through hundreds of dvd’s finding just that right movie, as our entire collection is brought to you at a touch of a button. Just browse on screen by film name, genre, actor, and view detailed information about each film. Just press a button, sit back and enjoy the movie.

Our movie collection is growing every month, and now stands at over 325 blu-ray movies. As each new block buster is released on blu-ray, it will be added to our collection. Still in doubt - just ask us why we consider our home theater / cinema to be 'best in class'.

Games Room: The games room is purpose built and is therefore not your usual garage make-over, and as such the room is cool, light and airy which makes it a place you actually want to spend time in. The room is equipped with a full size 8ft pool table and 7ft air hockey table, in addition to a living area with a 52” LCD TV, HD Cable, blu-ray player, playstation 3 console as well as a selection of family board games. The living area also has a wet bar with ice maker and beverage center. Double doors lead out onto the amazing pool deck.

Sun deck: If the interior hasn't given you the wow factor you require to spend your vacation at Star Lake Manor then the pool and sun deck will truly amaze you! The screened sun deck is a massive 88ft x 42ft and has the best uninterrupted view of Star Lake where you will see plenty of birds fly over and paddle. As you would expect of a villa of this stature it has an ample supply of luxurious chaise lounges and reclining chairs. Even the most hardy sun worshipper will need to shade from the harsh Florida sun at some point during the day, for which there is an extensive shaded lanai which has large cooling fans and dining tables and chairs.

Summer Kitchen: Within the screened area we have provided a covered summer kitchen with granite countertop containing an enormous gas BBQ sink, refrigerator and ice maker. A bathroom and shower are located off the lanai.

Pool, spa / Jacuzzi & children pool: To complement such a huge sun deck, the main free form pool is an enormous 46ft x 22ft and is interconnected by rock spillways with the spa and children's pool. The children's splash pool is 18 inches deep and the 10 jet spa can comfortably seat 8 adults. The focal point of the pool is the rock waterfall which at 4ft tall is amazing to watch. The main pool also has within it a table so you can sit around it in the pool with a drink. There are no fewer than eight fountains, four in the children's pool and four in the main pool. At night all three pools can be lit with multiple colors. Want to turn on the waterfall (or any other pool feature) from within the pool or deck area, don't worry we've thought of everything, as you don't need to move, just turn it on from the waterproof remote control.

Upstairs Balcony: The screened shaded upstairs rear balcony is accessed from the grand master suite and from other parts of the house via the landing. The balcony is cooled by large fans and is an ideal spot due to its elevated position to have an outstanding aerial view of the lake and pool. Imagine having your early morning coffee, sitting back in our designer deep seating looking out over the lake covered in mist with the birds singing. At night the balcony also has views in the distance of the magical Disney ™ fireworks at Magic Kingdom ™ and Epcot. ™
